The 12th annual South Dakota Indian Education Summit is a unique opportunity for tribal, BIE and public schools. It’s a premier venue for professional development, information on the latest trends and proven best practices addressing the needs and challenges of American Indian students. The summit will include keynote speakers, more than 60 specialized sessions, cultural activities and student-led discussions. Topics cover preschool through postsecondary and highlight ways to raise academic achievement and graduation rates.
